How we do it

We aim to provide a service which eliminates the wasted time that many agencies incur by their very nature without comprimising on quality. We are a small company, but with loads of experience that up until two years ago we employed at just the kind of large agencies you would love to work with if the budget allowed it. Our approach puts us in a good position to offer a high quality, reasonably priced product delivered in a realistic period of time, with the bare minimum of fuss.

In order to fulfil your project we won’t employ any account directors, account managers, creative directors, graphic designers, production managers, proof readers, art-workers, an HR team, receptionist, van driver or car park attendant. We understand the reasons that these jobs exist (we have been in many of these roles), but we feel that being able to offer a service where the buck stops after one phone call or a single email will be a huge advantage to many potential clients.

Working with the 49th will mean you will deal with us personally, from brief through to delivery resulting in a clear goal being maintained throughout, avoiding the expensive and time consuming creative filter which can bloat projects via conventional agency infrastructures. The work we undertake is tackled through 3 key stages;

Stage 1. Define

The start of the project is identified by the client establishing the full project brief and supplying any associated materials which may be required (logos, images, text) A 25% payment is requested at this stage of the project. The design team will start compiling concept artwork. You will be provided with a series of PDF proofs which offer a variety of visual solutions. Written feedback is requested at this stage.

Stage 2. Develop

Based upon the feedback supplied, we will develop the design route via a series of revisions and alterations. A further 25% payment is requested upon completion of this stage of the project.

Stage 3. Deliver

Once the final design style is approved we will roll this out over the rest of the project elements. A PDF will be supplied for final approval. Finally the digital files are supplied/uploaded and the remaining 50% payment is requested.
