Sadly, this is not always the way and as is more often than not the case, it's the minority letting down the majority with a slack approach. Erm, well - it's probably more like 50:50 but you know what I mean. We don't employ account managers at the 49th because we prefer to maintain a direct line of communication between our clients and the eventual output. We find that being connected to each stage of the creative process including negotiations and billing, answering for mistakes and requesting information when needed results in a more honest and engaged service which we are proud of.
